It serves to guide decision-making in the evaluation of a project and corresponds to the last phase of the preoperational stage or formulation within the project cycle. Feasibility Analysis:

 

• Analysis of the elements of the Passive infrastructure that is carried out to evaluate whether the preliminary draft of the Applicant Concessionaire is feasible or not, prior to, so that it can perform the installation of its elements in the passive infrastructure.

• Technical Visit: The joint activity by the Applicant Concessionaire in order to analyze and specify in situ the elements on which the Access and Shared Use of Passive Infrastructure can effectively be exercised.
